  • Tae! Kwon! Do! Hiaaaa!!!

    Last night, after work, I was thinking whether shud I hit the gym, or go home & rest my tired body.

    My korean colleague then suggested why not I join her for her Taekwondo! I was curious thus I went along!

    HIAT!!!

    We stretched, learnt the right way to kick [front, back and side kick!] and punch! It was so much fun!

    Never did I realized this sport was so so ME.  My whole body's aching now... it was a tough workout.

    I am interested to get a black belt, however, it is quite expensive... thus I will skip that idea for now.

    I am sucha tomboy! Hahaha.

    Alrite, back to work!

    My day started with a slice of cheese bread.

    Hungry thus snacked on 6 mini bites bixies multi-grain cereal

    lunch was as usual! Very plain. brown organic rice, Korean potato curry, spinach, Tuna chunks and seaweed!

    I was still hungry thus I cut a kiwi and it was so so so refreshing!

    pre evening workout snack was a cup of low fat yogurt fir my digestive system

    Kimbap [Korean sushi] I had about 3/4 a roll
